Review of Phivos Hotel, CorfuDuring my recent stay at Phivos Hotel in Corfu, I was impressed by the balance it strikes between luxury and value, a crucial consideration for any discerning traveller. The location is advantageous, with a bus stop conveniently situated just outside - critical, as most stops are not labelled. A small market and bakery are just a short stroll away, ensuring that essentials and local treats are easily accessible. The staff were notably attentive. Upon a late arrival, I appreciated the chilled water left in the fridge and the comprehensive instructions provided for room access. Housekeeping maintained a standard of cleanliness, with daily servicing that included fresh linens and towels. Some minor maintenance issues, such as a stained shower floor and an outdated sponge for the kitchenette, were present. The pool area, which I did not get to utilize, appeared well-kept, while the bar was welcoming and served a delightful breakfast. Guests benefit from easy access to beautiful nearby beaches, enhancing the value proposition of the hotel. Phivos Hotel is a prudent choice that combines comfort and convenience without overextending your budget. Logic suggests it could make for a wise investment in your Corfu experience.
